Refunds and Exchanges

• If any of our products are damaged in shipment or not in original form as displayed on our site, We will accept returns and issue a refund or replace damaged goods with photo evidence of any damaged items provided via email or our online chat.
• Please make requests for refunds within 28 days of receiving an item.
• We have a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are not refundable & return-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please email us right away or within 24 hours to prevent the order being dispatched.
